“Ensuring the public safety in Hernando Park settings and programs is critical. Operation TLC2 Making Communities Safe provides us the tools and resources to assist in providing the best equipped volunteers and gives us national recommendations to follow on volunteer management,” according to Dewayne Williams, Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Hernando.
